Is This Role For You?
- You have (or are about to complete) a Master's in business, marketing, or related field, ideally from a business or engineering school
- You want hands-on exposure to multiple marketing functions (strategy, intelligence, digital, communication) rather than deep specialization immediately
- You're energized by data-driven decision-making and can back recommendations with thorough analysis
- You thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
- You're hungry to learn and explore new marketing tools, channels, and approaches in a structured program
- You need remote flexibility or work-from-home options; this is 100% on-site in Île-de-France
- You prefer to specialize deeply in one function immediately; the rotation model requires adaptability and breadth first
- You're not genuinely interested in growth marketing, brand strategy, or customer acquisition as career paths
Interview Process
Initial screening
CV review and phone screen focused on background, motivation for early careers program, and alignment with Belron values (collaborative, driven, caring, genuine)

Case study or assignment
Short marketing analysis or strategy exercise demonstrating clear communication, structured thinking, and data interpretation skills
Final interview
Panel conversation with mentor, HR, and potentially multiple function heads to assess cultural fit and rotation readiness
