The Challenge

10X Health System is scaling fast in the premium health optimization space and needs a Digital Marketing Manager who can run sophisticated, multi-platform paid campaigns at scale. You'll own the full funnel from creative testing to conversion optimization, reporting directly into a growth-obsessed team that measures everything.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit existing Meta and Google Ads campaigns; identify 2-3 quick-win optimizations to reduce CPA by 15-20%

Build and document testing framework for creative iteration, messaging, and audience segmentation across channels

3

Create weekly performance dashboard tracking ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and LTV by campaign and funnel stage

4

Launch 3 full-funnel tests (landing page variants, ad messaging, audience targeting) with clear success criteria

By 6 Months
1

Scale proven high-ROAS campaigns by 2-3x while maintaining or improving unit economics

Develop and optimize 2+ high-converting funnel sequences using ClickFunnels or equivalent platform

3

Build predictive growth forecast tied to marketing KPIs; become the source of truth for revenue projections

4

Lead cross-functional collaboration with lifecycle, design, and product to improve post-conversion retention and AOV

Return on ad spend across all paid channels; target 3:1 or better on proven campaigns

CPA

Cost per acquisition; continuous optimization to hit target threshold and improve profitability

Funnel Conversion Rate

Percentage of visitors converting at each stage; measure and iterate to improve overall CVR

LTV:CAC Ratio

Customer lifetime value vs. acquisition cost; ensure sustainable unit economics

Ad Creative Performance

CTR and relevance score by creative variant; identify winners and losers for rapid scaling
