The Challenge
Bloom Equity Partners backs B2B SaaS and tech-enabled services businesses scaling fast through organic growth and M&A. You'll own the full digital marketing engine—from lead gen to ecommerce—driving revenue acceleration across a portfolio of companies in hypergrowth mode.
Your Mission
Map current digital channel performance, identify top 3 revenue drivers, and establish baseline CAC/ROAS metrics across all active channels
Audit and optimize website/landing page conversion funnels; implement CRO testing roadmap with target 15-25% lift
Establish attribution framework and analytics infrastructure to connect marketing activity to pipeline and bookings
Align with Sales and Product on ICP definition and messaging, then execute 2-3 high-impact campaign tests (paid search, paid social, or SEO)
Deliver 30%+ improvement in marketing-sourced pipeline volume and CAC reduction through channel optimization and reallocation
Build scalable martech stack (landing pages, email, CRM, analytics) that can handle organic growth and post-acquisition integration
Launch and scale ecommerce revenue stream (if applicable) with documented testing roadmap and AOV/conversion targets
Lead integration of 1+ acquired business into unified digital marketing operations; demonstrate cost synergies and revenue lift

Marketing-Sourced Pipeline
Total revenue-qualified leads and pipeline generated from digital channels, tracked to closed-won deals.
CAC & ROAS
Customer acquisition cost per channel and return on ad spend; target efficiency benchmarks by channel.
Website Conversion Rate
Visitor-to-lead conversion rate across all landing pages and user journeys; baseline and improvement targets.
Ecommerce AOV & Conversion
Average order value and transaction conversion rate; improvement YoY through testing and optimization.
Attribution Accuracy
Percentage of pipeline and revenue with clear channel attribution; foundational for budget allocation decisions.
