The Challenge

alice + olivia is a contemporary women's fashion brand looking for a growth leader to drive customer acquisition and revenue through sophisticated multi-channel performance marketing. You'll own the P&L for paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels while partnering with agencies and cross-functional teams to scale efficiently.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current paid search, paid social, and affiliate channel performance; establish baseline CPA, ROAS, and CAC metrics across channels

Implement AI-driven optimization tools (smart bidding, audience modeling) in at least 2 primary channels to improve efficiency

3

Create standardized daily/weekly/monthly reporting dashboard for leadership visibility on revenue, CAC, and budget burn

4

Build operational cadence with agency partners and in-house teams; define decision-making framework for budget allocation

By 6 Months
1

Reduce blended CAC by 15-20% while maintaining or growing new customer acquisition volume through channel optimization and creative testing

2

Scale highest-performing channels by 25-30% while improving ROAS through predictive analytics and audience segmentation

3

Develop and execute cross-channel synergy strategy with Brand Marketing, CRM, and Creative teams to improve customer LTV

4

Build 12-month budget forecast with scenario planning; deliver quarterly business reviews with data-driven recommendations

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

Target blended CPA across paid search, social, and affiliate channels against established benchmarks.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Revenue generated per dollar spent on paid channels; primary lever for profitability.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Total cost to acquire one new customer; critical for scaling efficiency and unit economics.

Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV)

Predicted revenue per customer over their lifetime; informs acquisition spend justification.

New Customer Revenue

Total revenue attributed to newly acquired customers; primary growth driver.
