Your Mission
Map current partner portfolio, identify gaps, and define ideal partner profiles across key markets
Establish baseline metrics and KPIs for partner performance; implement tracking framework across RevOps
Audit and optimize commercial guidelines, incentive structures, and onboarding processes for partners
Align Product, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps on GTM priorities; schedule monthly cross-functional sync
Launch refined value proposition for 2-3 partner segments; measure uptake and conversion lift
Deliver partner growth strategy playbook with market-specific tactics for 3+ priority markets
Scale top-performing partner cohorts by 30%+ through optimized incentives and support systems
Present data-backed recommendations on portfolio composition to executive team; secure budget for Q3 initiatives

- You thrive translating strategy into ops; you can do both the 30,000-foot plan and the daily execution

- You need remote flexibility; this is strictly on-site in Paris
