The Challenge

Actual Talent manages massive volumes of candidates and temps. You'll architect their entire CRM strategy to transform a dormant database into an engaged, recurring revenue machine—owning activation, retention, and reactivation across their talent ecosystem.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit the full candidate/temp database to segment profiles by engagement status and identify high-value reactivation pools

Rebuild existing CRM workflows and communication sequences with new tests, content angles, and engagement mechanics

3

Establish baseline KPIs for activation, retention, and reactivation across all lifecycle stages

4

Map cross-functional dependencies with tech, data, product, and UX teams to unblock quick wins

By 6 Months
1

Launch segmented lifecycle campaigns that increase activation rates by 25%+ and reduce dormancy

Optimize communication cadence and channels to eliminate over-solicitation while boosting engagement

3

Drive adoption of underutilized mobile app and relational tools through targeted campaigns and UX feedback loops

4

Build repeatable playbooks for recurring revenue optimization with documented learnings from A/B tests

Activation Rate

Percentage of new candidates/temps who take first meaningful action post-signup within 14 days.

Retention & Recurring Engagement

% of active users maintaining baseline engagement (messaging, profile updates, mission acceptance) month-over-month.

Reactivation Success

% of dormant profiles re-engaged through targeted campaigns who return to active status within 60 days.

Segment Performance

Cohort-level metrics tracking engagement lift by segment and communication strategy.

Email/Push ROI

Cost per engagement and conversion by campaign; unsubscribe and complaint rates vs. industry benchmarks.
