The Challenge

570easi is disrupting ethical finance by offering interest-free alternatives in partnership with major banks. You'll own growth channels—SEA, Meta, LinkedIn—while building the brand's digital footprint for a sustainable fintech scaling across France.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch and optimize 3+ paid acquisition campaigns (SEA/Meta/LinkedIn) with documented ROAS targets and weekly reporting

Establish social media content calendar with 2+ posts/week across LinkedIn and Instagram with engagement benchmarks

3

Implement A/B testing framework for landing pages and ad creative, documenting learnings in shared dashboard

4

Audit current marketing stack and document 3+ automation opportunities (email workflows, lead scoring, retargeting)

By 6 Months
1

Achieve target CAC reduction of 15-20% through iterative campaign optimization and audience refinement

Build SEO content strategy with 8-12 published articles aligned to keyword targets; track organic traffic lift

3

Scale highest-performing paid channels to 2-3x spend while maintaining or improving unit economics

4

Deliver monthly growth report with cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and data-driven recommendations to leadership

Target cost per converted customer across all paid channels; measured weekly by campaign.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Revenue generated per euro spent on paid acquisition; benchmark against industry baseline of 3:1+

Monthly Organic Traffic

Sessions from SEO and social; track month-over-month growth and content piece performance.

Email Engagement Rate

Open and click rates on marketing automation workflows; optimize segment and send time weekly.

Social Media Reach & Engagement

Impressions, followers gained, and engagement rate by platform; measure brand awareness lift.
