Our client is looking for a strategic and hands-on Demand Generation Manager to drive growth through targeted, account-based marketing and data-driven storytelling that engages and converts high-value customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves blending strategy, storytelling, and marketing automation to create measurable pipeline impact.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs across key segments
• Refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and use market insights to shape targeted campaigns
• Own and evolve the HubSpot platform, optimizing workflows, automation, and reporting
• Plan and launch integrated, multi-channel campaigns from concept through execution
• Create compelling content and sales enablement assets that support outbound and ABM efforts
• Measure and report on engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI to continuously improve performance
What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience in demand generation and account-based marketing
• Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise (automation, workflows, analytics)
• Ability to connect storytelling with measurable business outcomes
• A balance of strategic thinking and roll-up-your-sleeves execution
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on pipeline and revenue impact
📍 Location:
• Hybrid - At least 2 days per week in-office
• Westbrook, Maine
