Is This Role For You?
- You've led global MarTech teams in large, complex B2B organizations and know how to balance strategy with execution in regulated industries
- You're fluent in the Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems and have hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing enterprise marketing platforms
- You combine technical depth with business acumen—you can speak credibly with engineers, data scientists, and marketing leaders about architecture, ROI, and roadmap trade-offs
- You thrive building and scaling teams; you've promoted people, created career paths, and fostered psychological safety in matrixed, globally distributed environments
- You see AI as a transformative tool for marketing workflows, not hype—and you have hands-on experience with automation, agents, or generative AI in business contexts
- You're looking for a strictly hands-on individual contributor role—this is 70% leadership, 30% strategic deep-dives; managing a large, distributed team is non-negotiable
- You lack experience in B2B or regulated industries; you'll spend your first 6 months learning compliance, audit, and governance frameworks rather than moving fast
- You haven't built and managed MarTech stacks before; this role requires you to hit the ground running with vendor knowledge, platform architecture, and integration patterns
