The Challenge

Rural King is a $2.5B+ farm and home retailer across 150+ locations with serious expansion momentum. You'll own the operational heartbeat of their CRM and loyalty engine—executing campaigns that drive repeat business in rural America, where customer relationships are everything.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master existing campaign workflows and platform capabilities; execute 10+ campaigns end-to-end with zero critical errors

Document current CRM and loyalty SOPs; identify and flag 5+ process gaps causing delays or rework

Own the campaign calendar; establish weekly sync cadence with Marketing, Merchandising, IT to eliminate timeline surprises

4

Complete training on all marketing platforms (likely Klaviyo, Salesforce, or equivalent); become go-to troubleshooter for campaign setup questions

By 6 Months
1

Launch and optimize 30+ campaigns; reduce deployment cycle time by 20% through workflow improvements

Rebuild 3-4 core SOPs with standardized templates and checklists; reduce setup errors by 40%

Partner with Finance and Merchandising to improve offer configuration; increase promotional accuracy and compliance score to 98%+

Train and onboard 2+ new team members on campaign processes; create documentation library that cuts ramp time in half
