The Challenge
Razorfish is a digital marketing powerhouse that rebooted in 2020 to put people first. You'll support strategy teams translating customer insights and data into CRM and lifecycle direction across email, SMS, and owned channels—learning how to drive acquisition, retention, and long-term value at a growing agency.
Your Mission
Master Razorfish's CRM strategy frameworks by shadowing senior strategists and contributing to 2-3 active campaign briefs with lifecycle considerations
Build fluency in customer journey mapping and audience segmentation, supporting the development of 4-5 audience personas and lifecycle stage definitions
Develop 5-8 compelling strategy decks and presentations that clearly communicate customer insights and CRM strategic thinking to internal stakeholders
Partner with analytics and CRM activation teams to identify and document 3-4 key customer moments where owned channels can drive relevance
Lead (with guidance) the strategic development for 1-2 end-to-end CRM campaigns from brief through activation, owning messaging frameworks and lifecycle planning
Produce 2-3 independent strategic POVs on audience behavior, channel strategy, or retention opportunities based on data analysis and customer research
Establish yourself as the go-to CRM strategy resource for 1-2 client accounts, supporting quarterly strategy refreshes and campaign planning cycles
Create a reusable CRM strategy toolkit (templates, segmentation playbooks, journey mapping guides) that accelerates future strategy work across the team

Percentage of your proposed CRM strategies and messaging frameworks that are implemented in market-ready campaigns.
Segment Performance Lift
Engagement and conversion metrics for audiences and journeys you helped define vs. baseline segments.
Stakeholder Feedback Score
Quality and confidence of internal feedback on your strategy presentations and strategic recommendations.
Campaign Velocity
Time from strategy brief to launch for campaigns you supported, measuring efficiency gains from clear upfront planning.
