The Challenge

PDI Technologies powers 30+ major convenience retail and petroleum brands globally. You'll architect and execute multichannel loyalty campaigns at scale across email, SMS, and push—directly impacting customer lifetime value for some of the biggest names in retail.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master Braze platform architecture and deploy 10+ live campaigns across assigned client accounts with zero compliance violations

2

Build repeatable journey templates (onboarding, loyalty engagement, promotional) to reduce campaign build time by 40%

3

Establish A/B testing framework and execute 5+ tests to identify high-performing segment strategies

4

Document customer data flows across 5+ client integrations and create segmentation playbooks

By 6 Months

Own campaign performance dashboard—track email open rates, SMS CTR, push engagement across all clients; hit 25%+ overall engagement lift

Lead CRM workspace optimization for 3+ new clients; reduce campaign deployment time from 2 weeks to 5 days

Execute quarterly loyalty program refresh campaigns; demonstrate 15%+ revenue impact through retention metrics

Mentor junior campaign ops team member on Braze best practices and campaign architecture

  • You thrive juggling 30+ concurrent client accounts with different needs, timelines, and compliance rules
  • You're equally comfortable with A/B testing rigor and creative troubleshooting when integrations break
  • You want to own real KPIs: engagement lift, retention impact, deployment speed—not just send campaigns

  • You've only sent batch email campaigns; this role requires deep platform fluency and journey orchestration experience
  • You prefer strategy and creativity over hands-on execution and optimization—this is highly tactical, platform-focused work
  • You need full remote or hybrid; this is on-site in Dallas
  • You're not comfortable with HTML, Liquid templating, or basic technical problem-solving in SaaS platforms
