The Challenge
Keene State College needs someone to own their admissions CRM stack—managing everything from prospect communications through enrollment. You'll architect workflows, build reports, and coordinate multi-channel campaigns that directly impact student recruitment and yield.
Your Mission
Master the admissions CRM tech stack (Salesforce, Target X, Pardot, Colleague) and document current workflows and data flows
Audit and optimize existing email campaigns for deliverability, compliance, and conversion metrics
Build 3-5 core dashboards and automated reports that the admissions team uses weekly
Coordinate and execute Q1 recruitment email campaign calendar with full audit trail and performance tracking
Design and deploy 2-3 new drip campaign workflows with conditional logic based on prospect behavior and engagement
Reduce campaign setup time by 40% through process documentation and template standardization
Establish data governance: clean prospect records, reconcile Salesforce-Pardot sync, eliminate duplicate records
Partner with admissions leadership to measure and improve yield metrics month-over-month using CRM data

Email Campaign Deliverability Rate
Track inbox placement and bounce rates across all recruitment communications to ensure messages reach prospects.
Campaign Response & Click-Through Rate
Measure engagement metrics across email, SMS, and automated messaging to optimize send timing and content.
Prospect-to-Counselor Connection Rate
Percentage of prospects successfully routed to appropriate admissions counselor within SLA.
Report Turnaround Time
Days from data request to delivery; target <2 business days for standard reports.
CRM Data Quality Score
Percentage of prospect records with complete, accurate, and current information across required fields.
