The Challenge
Noom is reshaping digital health at scale, reaching millions of users globally. You'll be the operational engine behind their brand campaigns—owning everything from TV and video production to creator partnerships—while ensuring every touchpoint reflects their mission to help people live better, longer.
Your Mission
Launch 2–3 influencer/creator campaigns end-to-end, from brief through content approval and brand compliance sign-off
Map and document all current brand touchpoints, identify consistency gaps, and create an actionable brand audit
Own Q1 Brand Health Tracker readout—pull data, synthesize findings, and present 3–5 strategic recommendations to leadership
Establish SOPs for influencer operations: briefing templates, approval workflows, timeline management, and relationship tracking
Execute 4–6 high-impact brand campaigns across TV, video, and digital channels with zero on-time delivery misses
Scale influencer program to 15–20 active partnerships with documented performance metrics and ROI per creator
Lead rollout of updated brand guidelines across 3+ internal teams and external partners; track adoption and consistency
Synthesize quarterly competitive intelligence into 2–3 strategic recommendations that inform brand positioning for new product launches

Percentage of brand campaigns delivered on schedule from creative brief through final asset delivery.
Brand Health Tracker NPS/Awareness
Quarterly brand perception metrics tracking brand awareness, perception shifts, and competitive positioning.
Influencer Content Approval Cycle Time
Average days from brief to final approved content; target <10 business days with zero compliance rejections.
Content Consistency Score
Subjective/quantitative brand guideline adherence audit across all external touchpoints (target 95%+ compliance).
Creator Partnership ROI
Engagement, reach, or conversion metrics per influencer partnership compared to media spend or content costs.

- You have 3–5 years of brand marketing, influencer marketing, or agency experience in high-growth consumer or digital health brands
- You're obsessed with brand consistency and creative excellence—you catch misalignments others miss
- You thrive managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and love the operational/execution side of marketing
- You're comfortable with data and can translate brand tracking, campaign metrics, and research into clear, actionable narratives
- You're collaborative and energized by cross-functional teamwork (Creative, Media, Product)
- You prefer pure strategy over hands-on execution—this role is heavily operational and tactical
- You need significant remote flexibility; this is on-site in NYC
- You lack experience with influencer/creator partnerships or don't enjoy relationship management and content review workflows

Take-Home Project
Brief brand marketing case study or influencer brief creation (2–3 hours); assess creative judgment and operational thinking
Panel Interview
Meeting with Director of Brand Marketing and 1–2 cross-functional stakeholders (Creative or Media); discuss past campaigns, brand intuition, and collaboration style
Final Round
Leadership conversation (possible SVP-level stakeholder) on strategic vision, cultural fit, and long-term growth potential
