About the Role

Were looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns through Meta Ads, particularly targeting the U.S. market. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, creative, and comfortable using AI tools to streamline marketing efforts and improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
Create, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Set up audiences, budgets, placements, and campaign parameters.
Conduct A/B testing and implement performance optimizations.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to generate ad copy, content variations, and campaign assets.
Design and edit marketing materials using Canva.
Build and update landing pages using existing templates.
Support organic social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and partner campaigns.
Manage online reputation, reviews, and community engagement.
Track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
Coordinate multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and campaign schedules are met.
Requirements

 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
  GOOD ENGLISH LEVEL (VERBAL)
  Hands-on experience running paid Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
  Experience managing campaigns targeting the U.S. market (required)
  B2B marketing experience
  Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
  Proficiency in Canva (portfolio showcasing digital marketing projects required)
  Experience creating and analyzing marketing performance reports
  Strong project management and organizational skills
  Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms

Nice to Have
Experience with affiliate and partner marketing programs.
Familiarity with reputation management and review platforms.
Experience supporting email marketing and organic social media initiatives.

 Important: This role requires proven experience running paid Meta Ads campaigns (not organic-only marketing), preferably within a B2B environment and targeting the U.S. market.
