Digital Marketing Director
Introduction
Meketa Capital is seeking a Digital Marketing Director to support a differentiated private markets asset manager. This role blends marketing operations, campaign planning and management, and hands-on creative execution. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this person will become the marketing automation administrator, partner on content and collateral design (including AI-assisted production), and keep our fact sheets, pitch books, and board books moving on schedule and error-free every quarter. We're looking for a self-starter who is intellectually curious, comfortable operating as a “jack of all trades,” and energized by the idea of growing into deeper marketing technology and AI fluency over time.
Job responsibilities:

Creative & Content Collaboration
Partner with the Head of Marketing on the development of marketing collateral, pitch materials, and thought leadership pieces, print, digital, and video.
Leverage Claude and other AI tools to elevate our design and produce flyers, brochures, web pages, and social graphics, working from brand guidelines and messaging direction.
Design and produce event materials, including signage, printed collateral, and promotional and follow-up campaigns.
Look for opportunities to continue honing our brand identity to reinforce our positioning as a private market's asset manager.

Campaign & Digital Execution
Ability to translate marketing strategy into segmented, targeted marketing campaigns.
Build and send email campaigns in HubSpot, including template design, list selection, and QA before send.
Monitor campaign and social performance data and recommend optimizations to messaging, timing, and targeting.
Maintain and execute the marketing content calendar across email and social channels.
Update and optimize website pages and content within HubSpot CMS.
Manage social media scheduling, posting, and day-to-day engagement.
Support periodic design refreshes of the website and marketing collateral.

Quarterly Fund Communications
Execute and maintain the operational production of quarterly fact sheets, pitch books, and board books for Meketa Capital's fund vehicles, working from content and narrative direction provided by the Head of Marketing.
Maintain version control, data accuracy, and formatting consistency across each quarterly cycle.
Proactively identify opportunities to automate or streamline the quarterly production process using HubSpot, AI tools, and other available technology.
Route materials through compliance review and track approval status to keep the quarterly cycle on schedule.

Marketing Technology
Serve as the day-to-day administrator of the HubSpot marketing platform, managing forms, workflows, email templates, and list segmentation.
Build working proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, for collateral production.
Learn and apply web-based video/podcast editing tools (e.g., Descript) to support content initiatives.
Use Claude and other AI tools as a working partner in day-to-day content and design production.
Evaluate new marketing and AI tools as they emerge and recommend where they'd improve our workflow.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
4-8 years of marketing experience, including some exposure to marketing operations, campaign execution, or content production.
Interest in or familiarity with private markets, RIAs, or regulated financial services marketing is a plus.
Self-starter with a strong growth mindset and genuine enthusiasm for learning new tools and systems.
Strong attention to detail, this role touches investor-facing and board-facing materials where accuracy matters.
Excellent written communication skills and the organizational discipline to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment; willingness to figure things out rather than wait for direction.
Familiarity with (or strong eagerness to learn) HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
Familiarity with (or eagerness to learn) AI tools for content and design production, such as Claude.
Working knowledge of, or interest in developing skills in, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign in particular).
Exposure to video or audio editing tools (e.g., Descript) is a plus.
