# Earn Operations & User Growth

## Accountabilities
- Plan and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications designed to increase user acquisition, engagement, retention, and adoption of Earn products.

- Identify and develop partnership opportunities with token projects and ecosystem participants to expand product offerings and market reach.

- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, KOL/Affiliate, and other internal teams to coordinate product launches, campaigns, and operational activities.

- Monitor daily product performance, identify operational or product-related issues, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to drive timely resolution.

- Own or contribute to business KPIs and growth targets, ensuring initiatives remain aligned with commercial objectives.

- Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, market data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improved growth outcomes.

- Support the management and onboarding of VIP and institutional clients, helping expand adoption of Earn products among high-value customer segments.

- Develop strong expertise in Simple Earn products, particularly Flexible Simple Earn and Loan offerings, and translate product knowledge into effective growth initiatives.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, token ecosystems, DeFi developments, and emerging opportunities to inform product and growth strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.

- Relevant professional experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, business development, or a comparable role, preferably within crypto, fintech, traditional finance, or internet platforms.

- Strong understanding of crypto Earn products, traditional financial products, DeFi ecosystems, and lending and borrowing mechanisms.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple functions and manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data, user insights, and feedback to make decisions and improve performance.

- Strong ownership mindset with a clear focus on KPIs, measurable outcomes, and business results.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work effectively with external token partners.

- Experience working with VIP or institutional clients is an advantage.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Strong interest in digital assets, financial products, and emerging developments across crypto and DeFi.
