# Analista de Marketing | PJ

## Accountabilities:
- Produce and adapt content for social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, campaigns, and other communication channels.

- Develop content briefs, editorial topics, copy, presentations, institutional materials, and other communication assets.

- Support audiovisual productions, including script development, recordings, interviews, and coordination of deliverables.

- Organize information and requests for press relations activities, supporting story development, data gathering, and approval processes.

- Create and maintain landing pages, forms, email communications, automated communication flows, and rich content assets.

- Support inbound marketing, demand generation, and paid media initiatives.

- Monitor the performance of social media, websites, blogs, emails, and campaigns, identifying insights, learnings, and opportunities for improvement.

- Support communication materials and initiatives aimed at education networks and departments, events, and strategic partners.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.

- Previous experience in digital marketing, communication, content production, or a similar area.

- Practical knowledge of Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.

- Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and NotebookLM for research, information organization, and content creation, combined with critical review and attention to brand voice.

- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to adapt content to different audiences and channels.

- Organization, autonomy, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple demands.

- Nice to have: experience with social media scheduling or analytics platforms.

- Nice to have: basic knowledge of design, video editing, or automation tools.

- Nice to have: familiarity with email marketing or CRM platforms such as RD Station, HubSpot, or similar solutions.

- Nice to have: experience or interest in communication for education, the public sector, or social-impact initiatives.
