We’re a small team, which means we don't have layers of people between an idea and getting it done. We're looking for a *Growth Manager* who can help us turn ideas into campaigns, websites, traffic, leads and revenue. This is not a job where you spend your day managing other people who do the actual work. *We all do the work.* You can look at a website and immediately start thinking about how to make it better. You understand how a landing page, CRM, email sequence, advertising campaign and analytics should work together. You know enough design to make something look great, enough development to build and fix things, and enough marketing to understand *why you're building them in the first place.* Most importantly, you like making things happen. What You'll Do You'll work across several businesses and projects, helping us create and execute digital growth strategies. On any given week, you might: * Build or improve a *WordPress or Shopify website* * Create landing pages designed to convert traffic into customers * Build email campaigns and automated flows in *Klaviyo* * Build funnels, workflows and automations in *GoHighLevel* * Develop and execute organic and paid digital campaigns * Help plan campaigns across *Google, Meta, TikTok, email, WhatsApp and other channels* * Create graphics and marketing assets using *Canva or AI* * Create and edit short-form video using *CapCut, Runway and AI tools* * Use *ChatGPT and other AI platforms* to work faster and create better marketing * Connect websites, forms, CRMs, email platforms, analytics and marketing systems * Improve website UX, conversion rates and customer journeys * Analyze traffic and campaign performance and recommend what we should do next * Research competitors, audiences, keywords and new acquisition opportunities * Help us answer the question we ask constantly: *“How do we get more people here, and how do we convert more of them when they arrive?”* You Understand the Whole Digital Ecosystem We're not looking for someone who knows one piece of digital marketing. You should understand how the pieces connect. *Website → Traffic → Landing Page → Lead → CRM → Email/WhatsApp → Conversion → Retention* You don't necessarily need to be the world's greatest expert in every platform. But you should understand how they work together-and be capable of getting into the systems and actually building. What You Should Know We're looking for someone with *5+ years of real-world digital marketing experience* and strong working knowledge of: *Web & E-Commerce* WordPress, Shopify, landing pages, front-end web development, HTML/CSS fundamentals, UX and conversion optimization. *CRM & Marketing Automation* GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, email marketing, automated workflows, lead funnels and customer journeys. *Advertising & Traffic* Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok and the fundamentals of paid acquisition, targeting, testing and optimization. *Creative* Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut, short-form video, digital advertising creative and basic brand/design principles. *AI* ChatGPT, Runway and other modern AI tools for marketing, creative production, research and productivity. *Analytics* Google Analytics and the ability to look at marketing data and turn it into useful decisions. A university degree is *not required*. We care much more about what you have actually built. The Person We're Looking For We want someone who is: *A builder.* You would rather create something than have another meeting about creating it. *Resourceful.* When you don't know how to do something, your first instinct is to figure it out. *Creative.* You have opinions about design, messaging and what makes marketing interesting. *Commercial.* You understand that marketing ultimately exists to generate customers and revenue. *Technically curious.* You enjoy learning new platforms, integrations and AI tools. *Fast.* You understand the difference between perfection and progress. *Accountable.* If you say something will be done, we expect it to get done. *Collaborative.* We're a small team.
