# Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role

This is a high-impact Growth Marketing Manager role at a fast-growing AI-powered insurtech platform serving insurers, captives, and MGAs. You'll sit at the intersection of demand generation and brand strategy, playing a key part in scaling the company's go-to-market presence in the insurance and financial services space.

What You'll Do

Own and execute demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive qualified pipeline.

Develop and optimize content and messaging tailored to insurance industry buyers, including captives, self-insured entities, and MGAs.

Collaborate closely with sales and partnerships teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, continuously iterating to improve ROI.

Support product marketing efforts, including positioning, competitive analysis, and go-to-market launches.

Manage and grow the company's presence across key channels including events, paid media, SEO, and email.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in growth or demand generation marketing, ideally within fintech, insurtech, or B2B SaaS.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.

Experience building and executing multi-channel campaigns from scratch in a high-growth environment.

Familiarity with insurance industry concepts (claims, loss ratios, underwriting) is a plus.

Background at high-caliber technology or data-driven organizations is valued.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for compelling B2B storytelling.

Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $110,000, $140,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

On-site in Los Angeles, CA. This is not a remote position.
