# Demand Generation Lead

## Accountabilities:
- Own and optimize end-to-end email nurture programs, including strategy, sequencing, triggers, and performance optimization across audience segments

- Build, manage, and continuously improve marketing automation workflows across CRM and sales systems

- Oversee CRM operations including segmentation, lifecycle management, data hygiene, and pipeline structure

- Design and maintain lead scoring and account scoring models aligned with ICPs and buying signals

- Leverage intent and enrichment data to identify in-market accounts and prioritize high-value opportunities

- Develop and maintain sales enablement assets such as ABM playbooks, outreach sequences, decks, and one-pagers

- Build dashboards and attribution models to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue performance

- Manage website tracking, conversion analytics, and CRO recommendations based on user behavior and performance data

- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve conversion efficiency and campaign performance

- Support reporting on marketing technology stack usage, ROI, and budget allocation effectiveness

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, ABM, and field marketing teams to drive execution and alignment

- Apply generative AI tools to enhance content creation, automation, and analytical workflows

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing operations, or growth-focused roles

- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent tools

- Proven expertise in marketing automation, segmentation, lifecycle management, and lead scoring frameworks

- Experience working with intent data platforms, enrichment tools, and ICP/TAL development

- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, BI tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar), and attribution modeling

- Knowledge of website tracking, conversion optimization, and A/B testing methodologies

- Strong copywriting skills focused on conversion-driven email and enablement content

- Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams in B2B or enterprise environments

- Comfortable working independently in remote, async-first environments

- Familiarity with generative AI tools and ability to apply them effectively in marketing workflows

- Bonus: Experience with ABM programs, Marketo/Eloqua, agency background, or basic SQL/data analysis
