# Consultor de CRM (Sales force)

## Accountabilities:
- Act as a key contributor in CRM strategy execution, leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data, build audiences, enrich profiles, and activate segments across campaigns in a structured and scalable way.

- Configure, optimize, and maintain customer journeys using Journey Builder, ensuring seamless, efficient, and personalized user experiences across touchpoints.

- Develop and manage marketing automations and data integrations through Automation Studio, supporting robust and reliable CRM operations.

- Build, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for segmentation, data manipulation, and audience targeting, ensuring accuracy and performance.

- Work with data modeling and relationships across Data Extensions and Data Cloud, ensuring consistency, governance, and scalability of CRM data structures.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion, opt-out) and translate insights into continuous improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional squads (data, business, and technology teams) to evolve CRM strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

- Solid academic background in Statistics, Data Science, Data Engineering, or related fields.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.

- Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including ingestion, identity resolution, audience activation, and data modeling.

- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, transformation, and segmentation.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS applied to email marketing and campaign assets.

- Experience in campaign analytics and performance tracking, with the ability to interpret and present results clearly.

- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and structured approach to data governance.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams.

- Proactivity in identifying improvements, solving problems, and optimizing CRM processes.

- Experience in financial services, cooperatives, or acquiring industries is considered a plus.
