# CRM Lead

DESCRIPTION

About the Role

We are seeking a CRM Lead to develop and execute our customer relationship strategy, driving engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data teams to create personalized customer experiences and optimize CRM performance.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the CRM and customer lifecycle strategy.
Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
Develop customer segmentation and personalization initiatives.
Monitor key CRM metrics and provide actionable insights.
Own CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer journeys and retention.

Requirements

A fluid level of English is a must
5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Engagement.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, or Dynamics.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Experience managing customer journeys, segmentation, and automation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
