What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Develop and execute multi-channel content plans that translate marketing strategy into clear messaging, timelines, and deliverables across campaigns and initiatives.
Create and refine marketing content including emails, blogs, social media posts, webinars, presentations, campaign assets, and sales enablement materials.
Translate business priorities, audience needs, and go-to-market direction into structured messaging frameworks and content outputs.
Produce content supporting key markets such as workforce development, education, cybersecurity, and public sector audiences.
Improve content discoverability and performance through SEO, AEO, GEO, and other search-informed optimization practices.
Partner with sales and business development teams to create enablement content that supports pipeline growth and customer engagement.
Refresh, repurpose, and optimize existing content to extend usability across channels, audiences, and formats.
Coordinate content workflows, ensuring smooth progression from briefing to review, approval, and final delivery.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing leadership, product, sales, design, and events teams.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing content creation, content strategy, or content marketing roles.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for external, market-facing audiences.
Experience developing multi-channel content including campaigns, blogs, email marketing, social media, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
Ability to translate strategy and business objectives into structured, high-quality content deliverables.
Understanding of SEO principles and emerging discoverability approaches such as AEO and GEO.
Experience working with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and product environments.
Strong project management and coordination skills, including managing deadlines, reviews, and stakeholder inputs.
Familiarity with marketing and content tools such as CRM, analytics platforms, content management systems, and AI-assisted tools.
Strong attention to detail, brand consistency, and content quality control.
Ability to evaluate AI-generated content and apply strong editorial judgment before publication.
