Content Marketer

Accountabilities

• Create, edit, and maintain high-quality content across blogs, product documentation, guides, landing pages, feature pages, and website copy.

• Develop content that communicates complex technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and accessible way for diverse audiences.

• Produce educational and promotional materials that support product adoption, user engagement, and brand credibility.

• Create walkthrough videos, tutorials, and other multimedia content to enhance the user experience and product understanding.

• Manage and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with marketing objectives, product launches, and growth initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for content to support user acquisition, activation, retention, and overall business growth.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content accurately reflects product capabilities and strategic messaging.

• Utilize internal research tools, data, and customer insights to inform content planning and improve performance.

• Contribute to the evolution of content strategy by helping define priorities, messaging frameworks, and growth-focused initiatives.

• Monitor content effectiveness and continuously optimize content quality, relevance, and impact.

Requirements

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to clarity, structure, and audience engagement.

• Experience creating and managing content calendars and coordinating content production workflows.

• Ability to quickly understand technical products, concepts, and terminology and translate them into compelling content.

• Experience developing and optimizing website content, landing pages, and product-focused marketing materials.

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), publishing platforms, and modern content creation workflows.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across technical and non-technical teams.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership of content initiatives and long-term growth projects.

• Interest in technology, software, AI, or developer-focused products.

• Experience with SEO principles, content performance analysis, growth marketing, or conversion optimization is considered a plus.

• Previous experience creating technical documentation, product guides, or technology-focused content is highly desirable.

• Background in SaaS, AI, developer tools, or related technology sectors is advantageous.
