🎯 Your Mission

As CMO, you’ll lead and scale all user acquisition, community growth, and merchant onboarding-from zero to global expansion.



🚀 What You’ll Do

Build and execute GTM strategy, Design and lead viral referral systems, creator campaigns, and influencer loops.

Own full-funnel performance: CAC, LTV, retention, and growth experiments

Forge relationships with partners at Meta, Google, Shopify, Plaid, TikTok, and affiliate ecosystems

Develop and evolve our brand, tone, and trust signals



🧬 You’re a Fit If You...

Have successfully scaled a startup or DTC product (ideally past Series A)



Led social-first campaigns (UGC, influencer, Web3, or TikTok-native)



Think like a founder and act like a data-driven marketer



Have relationships or experience working with major platforms (Meta, Shopify, Google)



🎁 Bonus Points

Past experience launching a marketplace or social app

Familiar with behavioral product psychology, gamification, and viral mechanics

Experience with early-stage fundraising or investor marketing
