# Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

## Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives and brand positioning.

- Lead performance marketing initiatives across channels including social media, SEO, paid advertising, influencer campaigns, podcasts, and digital acquisition platforms.

- Drive high-performing brand activations and promotional campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and market presence.

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance metrics with a strong focus on maximizing ROAS and customer acquisition efficiency.

- Build, mentor, and lead a collaborative marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

- Manage relationships with external agencies, creators, and strategic partners to support marketing execution and expansion.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with company priorities.

- Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, creator platforms, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a Chief Marketing Officer or senior marketing leadership role within a startup, consumer technology, or creator-focused environment.

- Strong expertise in performance marketing with a demonstrated track record of achieving high ROAS across multiple acquisition channels.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, influencer marketing, social media advertising, and brand growth initiatives.

- Experience leading and scaling marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, optimize campaigns, and guide strategic decisions.

- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-management abilities.

- Hands-on experience with marketing technologies, web analytics platforms, and campaign performance measurement.

- Strategic mindset combined with creativity, adaptability, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote and collaborative environment.

- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
