As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Product Manager with a deep knowledge of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to help solidify our position as a key player in this market. Your mission will be to discover and build innovative solutions that will propel our RGM offerings forward.

Your Mission:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with customers, business experts, UX designers and other internal stakeholders to drive discovery and design to bring ever more value to the RGM product offering.

  • Backlog Management:

Manage the product backlog on a daily basis, prioritizing features and user stories based on grooming and refinement activities with your scrum team.

  • Agile Delivery & Execution:
Define sprint objectives, map quarterly product increments, and ensure that development milestones align with the strategic roadmap.

  • Product Expertise & Leadership:
Act as the internal expert on the RGM domain, providing guidance and support to internal teams, and ensuring features are developed to meet market needs and customer expectations.

  • Go-To-Market Support:
Contribute to the successful launch of new releases by ensuring internal and external knowledge transfer and supporting initial projects that use the new features.

What we have to offer:

  • The opportunity to lead the evolution of our RGM solutions in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

  • Join an international and diverse company with a global reach, where complexity and challenges present opportunities to innovate.

  • Beautiful office premises in Boulogne-Billancourt, close to nature and cultural venues.

  • A strong, close-knit Product & R&D team with a rich product culture.

  • 2 remote workdays per week.

What you will bring to our company:

  • Expertise in Revenue Growth Management: You have a solid understanding of RGM strategies and how they apply to supply chain software solutions.

  • Software Background: You come from a B2B software company and have prior experience as a Product Manager, Consultant, or in a similar role. You understand the product lifecycle and agile methodologies.

  • Strong Analytical & Strategic Skills: You are data-driven and analytical, able to dissect market trends and competitor strategies to develop actionable insights.

  • Competitive Market Understanding: You have a deep knowledge of competitors and the broader market, allowing you to position our solutions for maximum impact.

  • Collaboration & Communication: You thrive in an international context, with the ability to collaborate across time zones and communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.

  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: You’re a creative thinker, able to tackle complex problems analytically while driving innovative product developments.
