6-month full time internship starting ASAP
What’s the job?
Support the Marketing team by understanding Global Blue’s B2B digital marketing performance on the full ecosystem, including social media, email marketing, media, website, and CRM.
What will you do?
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in understanding Global Blue’s B2B digital performance ecosystem by providing quarterly and annual reports.
- Create, edit visual content for newsletters.
- Contribute to the visual and editorial animation of Global Blue’s B2B and Corporate website via the content management system (CMS): publish, optimize, and update website content (articles, news etc.)
- Optimize the natural Search Engine Optimization (SEO) by exploiting keywords and HTML tags (title, description, Alt H1, H2 etc.)
- Contribute to the deployment of media and sponsorship campaigns by developing assets, managing digital media plans, and consolidating and analyzing the results of media campaigns.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
- Support global and local events by providing them digital assets.
- Support the marketing team by sharing ideas, participating in team meetings, and attending luxury industry webinars.
What will you learn?
- Marketing best practices and a comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem.
- Strengthening your skills in key tools such as CMS, CRM, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Mastering Canva to create and design and webinar invitations and newsletters on a regular basis.
- How to use CMS to support the marketing team.
Key skills and qualities
- You’re a motivated, reactive, curious, organized, and detail-oriented person with strong analytical skills.
- You have a previous experience in digital marketing.
- You’re currently studying Business Administration, Digital Marketing or an equivalent at university.
- Proficiency in advanced written and verbal English; French is a plus.
- Interest in retail, digital marketing, and luxury products.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in CMS skills; familiarity with WordPress and Magnolia is ideal.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite for creating print and visual content.
- Canva proficiency.
- Familiarity with Google tools (Analytics, Trends, Console)
