# VP of Marketing

## Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen market positioning and support overall business growth objectives.

- Lead brand development initiatives, digital marketing campaigns, and content strategies to drive audience engagement and lead generation.

- Oversee the performance of digital campaigns, analyzing KPIs, ROI, market trends, and competitive insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.

- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing marketing teams while fostering collaboration and accountability across functions.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with product, sales, and operational goals.

- Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs within the technology sector.

- Guide strategic decision-making related to SEO, Google Ads, analytics, and broader digital marketing initiatives.

- Support business growth through innovative campaign execution, performance reporting, and scalable marketing operations.

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of senior-level marketing leadership experience, preferably within a technology startup or high-growth environment.

- Proven experience developing and executing successful brand and marketing strategies with measurable business impact.

- Demonstrated ability to hire, lead, and scale marketing teams effectively.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, Google AdWords, web analytics, and performance marketing.

- Experience evaluating competitive landscapes, customer behavior, and market opportunities to inform strategy.

- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and project management skills.

- Strong decision-making abilities with confidence managing priorities in fast-paced environments.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and leadership teams.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
