Get Visible is a 5-star digital marketing agency that has been turning "invisible" brands into market leaders since 2005. We are looking for a highly technical Social Media Advertising Manager. We do not want a "set it and forget it" media buyer. We require a growth engine who deeply understands the technical plumbing of ad accounts and the power of AI-driven creative execution.

While we run multi-channel campaigns across TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X, our primary volume and focus remain in the Meta ecosystem (Facebook & Instagram). You must be an absolute expert at navigating Meta's advanced campaign architectures to deliver high-intent leads and sales for our diverse client base, which spans the Legal, Healthcare, and E-commerce sectors.

Core Operating Responsibilities:
- Full-Funnel Meta Management: You will architect and execute complex campaign structures, moving beyond basic setups. This requires deep proficiency in deploying Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC), balancing Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO) and Ad Set Budget Optimization (ABO) structures for testing versus scaling, and utilizing manual bidding strategies (cost caps, ROAS bidding) to control acquisition costs.

- Cross-Channel Execution: Beyond Meta, you will launch and manage performance-focused campaigns on secondary platforms. This includes leveraging TikTok Ads Manager for custom event tracking and audience lookalike modeling, executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies via LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B clients, and managing conversion-focused campaigns on Pinterest.

- Daily Optimization and Analytics: You are expected to monitor accounts daily, making data-driven decisions. This includes executing precise bid adjustments, managing budget pacing to avoid ad fatigue, and aggressively "killing" underperforming creatives based on hard metrics such as Hook rates, Hold rates, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). You must understand how to analyze different attribution windows and align them with the specific customer journey of each client.

The "Plumbing" and Technical Infrastructure: You must be entirely comfortable troubleshooting the technical foundation of paid media. This involves resolving Meta Pixel tracking issues, configuring Aggregated Event Measurement, and implementing the Meta Conversions API (CAPI) via server-to-server integrations to ensure resilient data tracking in a post-cookie environment. You should be familiar with setting up custom events and advanced matching parameters across all managed platforms.

- AI & Resource Proficiency: We expect our team to operate faster and smarter by leveraging the latest technology. You must be highly proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance campaign performance and workflow efficiency.

- Image and Video Generation: You will use AI tools to rapidly generate, iterate, and refine high-quality ad assets that align with platform-specific best practices.

- Ad Copy & Scripting: You will leverage Large Language Models to write highly engaging, platform-native hooks, primary text, and video scripts optimized for short-form placements like Reels and TikToks.

- Video Editing: You must possess proficiency in video editing alongside AI-video generation tools allowing you to iterate on video creative quickly based on performance data.

- Data Efficiency: You will use AI to analyze large data sets, identify performance trends, and generate comprehensive, actionable performance summaries for client reporting.

- Continuous Adaptation & Privacy Navigation: You must stay on the bleeding edge of AI algorithm updates across all social platforms. Furthermore, you must proactively navigate mobile privacy shifts, specifically addressing tracking limitations and attribution loss stemming from Android's Privacy Sandbox and ongoing iOS updates.
Minimum Requirements

- Proven Track Record: You must possess 4+ years of direct experience managing monthly ad spends ranging from $5,000 to $50,000+ USD. Your experience must demonstrate a clear ability to scale budgets while maintaining or improving target KPIs.

- Platform Fluency: You require deep, hands-on knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. You must understand the nuances of each platform's algorithm and delivery systems.
