# Senior Director - Paid Media

## Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client objectives, business goals, and performance targets.

- Manage end-to-end paid search campaigns, including campaign planning, setup, optimization, monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis.

- Use data insights to identify growth opportunities, improve campaign effectiveness, and maximize return on investment.

- Collaborate closely with clients, internal strategy teams, and advertising platform representatives to deliver high-quality media solutions.

- Lead client meetings, present strategic recommendations, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Partner with senior account leadership and oversee junior team members to ensure successful delivery, quality standards, and continuous improvement.

- Mentor and empower team members by sharing expertise, providing guidance, and supporting professional development.

- Stay informed about evolving paid media trends, platform updates, industry innovations, and emerging best practices.

- Ensure campaigns follow established quality assurance processes and contribute to improving operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing and developing paid search campaigns, ideally within an agency or client-facing digital marketing environment.

- Strong knowledge of paid media principles, campaign optimization strategies, and performance marketing best practices.

- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; experience with Skai or international search platforms is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex performance data, identify insights, and make strategic recommendations.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver successful campaigns while achieving key performance indicators and business objectives.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence clients and internal teams.

- Experience leading, mentoring, or developing marketing professionals in a collaborative environment.

- Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for digital innovation.
