# Analista de Dados (Marketing Ops)

## Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain integrations between forms, landing pages, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools, ensuring lead flows are reliable and complete.

- Develop and maintain management and performance dashboards that provide actionable insights and support marketing decision-making.

- Manage and continuously improve CRM structures, including fields, sales funnels, loss reasons, mandatory fields, data hygiene, and database quality.

- Identify operational inefficiencies and develop automation solutions that reduce manual work and improve the scalability of marketing processes.

- Work with APIs, webhooks, and different data sources to connect systems and ensure consistent information flows.

- Analyze data using SQL to support reporting, performance measurement, troubleshooting, and business insights.

- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to understand operational needs and translate them into scalable data and automation solutions.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing operations, data quality, conversion tracking, and reporting processes.

Requirements:

- Availability to work 40 hours per week.

- Strong hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation and integration platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.

- Practical understanding of APIs and webhooks.

- Solid SQL skills, including queries, table modeling, joins, and combining information from multiple data sources.

- Experience building and maintaining dashboards using Metabase or equivalent platforms such as Looker or Power BI.

- Experience administering CRM platforms, including funnels, fields, automations, and data-quality processes.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, with the ability to take ownership of complex problems from identification through resolution.

- Ability to work autonomously while communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Python knowledge focused on automation, data manipulation, and analysis using tools such as Pandas and NumPy is a plus.

- Practical experience with data pipelines, offline conversion measurement, and GA4 is desirable.

- Experience applying AI technologies such as the OpenAI API, Google AI Studio, or LLMs to process automation, unstructured data analysis, or workflow optimization is a plus.

- Previous experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or Growth Operations environment is desirable.
