# Growth Hacker

Open Reviews is building a consumer brand built on trust and we sell that trust B2B.

Retailers and brands come to us when they need to maximize reassurance across their distribution channels: verified reviews, trust signals, and social proof that turn hesitation into conversion. Our name carries weight with consumers, which is exactly why our B2B clients want it on their product pages, their marketplaces, and their storefronts.

We're a trust infrastructure play in a market where trust is the scarcest asset in e-commerce.

T**he role**

We're looking for a Growth Hacker, someone who treats marketing as an engineering problem and creativity as a competitive weapon.

This is not a "manage the content calendar" job. You'll be the person who shakes up our marketing plan, invents campaigns that didn't exist before you walked in, and ships them yourself instead of waiting on a queue.

**What you'll do**

- **Rebuild and energize our marketing plan**, challenge what we're doing, propose what we should be doing, and prove it with numbers.
- **Own paid acquisition end to end**, build, launch, and optimize ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, retargeting) with real budget ownership and full accountability for CAC and pipeline.
- **Create campaigns from scratch**, concept, angle, copy, visuals, landing page, sequence, launch. From blank page to live in days, not quarters.
- **Ship growth experiments**, scrapers, automations, enrichment flows, micro-tools, interactive landing pages, internal dashboards. If it needs to exist to make growth happen, you build it.
- **Run unconventional marketing actions**, guerrilla plays, partnerships, launch stunts, community activations. The stuff that gets talked about.
- **Instrument everything**, tracking, attribution, funnels. No campaign goes out without a way to know whether it worked.

**What we're looking for**

- **Technical vibe coding skills.** You ship working things with AI-assisted tooling, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, n8n, Zapier, APIs, no-code and low-code stacks. You don't need to be a software engineer, but "I'll need a dev for that" shouldn't be your first reflex.
- **Real marketing skills.** You understand positioning, messaging, funnels, and paid media mechanics. You can write copy that converts and read a dashboard that tells you it didn't.
- **Outsized creativity.** This is the non-negotiable one. We want ideas that make competitors uncomfortable.
- **Bias to action.** You'd rather launch something imperfect on Tuesday than something polished next month.
- **Excellent written English.** French is a plus.

**Nice to have**

- Experience in B2B SaaS, martech, retail tech, or e-commerce
- Familiarity with GA4, HubSpot or equivalent CRM, and analytics tooling
- A portfolio of things you've built or campaigns you've run, side projects absolutely count

We're open on the format: **internship, apprenticeship, or permanent contract.** What matters is the profile, not the label.

Compensation is variable and set according to the candidate's experience and level.
