# Brand & Growth Marketing Manager

**MediPlan Diet Services** · Bartlett, TN 38133

*Overview*

MediPlan Wellness Clinic is looking for a *Brand & Growth Marketing Manager* to help build and scale our brand across the Memphis area.

This is a hands-on role focused on social media, content creation, GoHighLevel, local community marketing, and coordination with our outside marketing partners.

We are a growing company, so we are looking for someone who is energetic, self-motivated, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and able to take ownership without needing constant direction.

*Responsibilities*

* Create, schedule, and manage content across our social media platforms.
* Visit our Memphis-area clinics to take photos, videos, and create social content.
* Monitor and respond to social comments, messages, and mentions.
* Maintain consistent brand standards and ensure content follows HIPAA and patient privacy requirements.
* Build and manage email, SMS, workflows, automations, forms, and campaigns in *GoHighLevel*.
* Help improve lead capture, nurture, and marketing automation processes.
* Identify and coordinate local events, health fairs, Chamber of Commerce opportunities, and community partnerships.
* Represent MediPlan at local events and help manage event logistics and promotional materials.
* Work closely with our outside marketing partners on Meta, Google Business Profiles, campaigns, creative assets, and lead quality.
* Track and report key marketing metrics.
* Use AI tools to help create campaigns, content, templates, reports, and internal processes.
* Strong communication, project management, and budgeting skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

*Required Qualifications*

* Previous professional marketing experience.
* *Hands-on GoHighLevel experience is required.*
* Social media and content creation experience.
* Strong writing and communication skills.
* Experience creating basic photo, video, or short-form social content.
* Comfortable using Canva or similar tools.
* Strong proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
* Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
* Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally throughout the Memphis metro area.

*Preferred Qualifications*

* Advanced GoHighLevel workflow and automation experience.
* Healthcare, wellness, medical, or medical-spa marketing experience.
* Experience with Meta Business Manager and Google Business Profiles.
* Experience working with outside marketing agencies.
* Experience with email and SMS marketing.
* Community event or Chamber of Commerce experience.
* Short-form video editing or graphic design experience.
* Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company.

*Compensation*

*$65,000-$85,000 per year*, based on experience and demonstrated capabilities.
