# Growth Specialist — Google Ads & SEO (LATAM)

JRR Marketing is a remote digital marketing team working on Google Ads, SEO, content, and landing pages for client businesses. This full-time contractor role is open worldwide, and we welcome applicants from across Latin America, including Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina.

Professional spoken and written English is essential. You must be comfortable leading client conversations, explaining campaign results, and writing clear, original English content.

You will own hands-on campaign work, communicate directly with clients, and explain results each week. You will have an SOP library, weekly coaching, quarterly training, one-to-one mentorship, and AI-assisted systems.

Client assignments depend on workload and capacity. Clients commonly have 10 or 20 hours per month, so you may work across eight or nine clients. We aim to keep client numbers as low as possible to support focused work and a sustainable workload.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Optimize Google Ads campaigns for conversion performance, qualified leads, and return.

* Develop keyword strategies and improve on-page SEO, content, and website search visibility.

* Write original English blog posts, landing pages, and campaign copy for each client’s audience and commercial goals.

* Plan low-fidelity website and landing-page wireframes before design and development.

* Use WhatConverts, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and campaign data to track conversions, lead quality, rankings, and profitability.

* Communicate through Slack, maintain tasks in Staff App, and report progress weekly.

* Recommend improvements, record Loom walkthroughs, and document useful processes.

Success means meeting deadlines, producing useful work for the time spent, and improving client outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Professional spoken and written English is required for client calls, campaign explanations, briefs, and long-form writing. You should communicate clearly and confidently in live conversations and produce accurate, original English copy. We assess clear, professional communication.

Bring hands-on experience across Google Ads, SEO, lead generation, landing pages, and conversion tracking. Strong original writing, careful documentation, and the ability to manage several client accounts are essential.

This is a 40-hour-per-week contractor role and must be your only full-time job. You can organize your day around agreed client and team commitments while meeting deadlines and availability requirements. Track client work in Staff App and payroll time in Trackabi.

PAY AND BENEFITS

Salary: MXN 17,500-26,250 per month before tax. Negotiable based on experience and demonstrated value.
