# PL Analista Salesforce Marketing Cloud

## Accountabilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions following platform best practices.

- Build and optimize CRM campaigns, automated journeys, audience segmentations, and personalized communications.

- Implement and maintain customer journeys using core Marketing Cloud modules, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.

- Design and support integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.

- Collaborate with Business, Product, Data, and Technology teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions aligned with business goals.

- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure platform stability and delivery quality.

- Support data modeling initiatives to improve customer segmentation and communication strategies.

- Participate in technical discussions, knowledge sharing, and continuous platform improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Professional experience developing and maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

- Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).

- Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.

- Experience building email templates and landing pages using HTML and CSS.

- Knowledge of integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems through REST and/or SOAP APIs.

- Experience creating CRM campaigns, marketing automations, customer journeys, and audience segmentations.

- Understanding of data modeling concepts and Salesforce Marketing Cloud development best practices.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working within cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification, Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Personalization, A/B testing experience, or experience within financial services, insurance, or pension industries are considered strong advantages.
