# Pessoa Analista de Marketing Sênior

## Accountabilities:
- Lead growth marketing strategies focused on optimizing acquisition channels, improving funnel performance, and increasing conversion rates.

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.

- Develop and manage strategic partnerships, including relationship building, project execution, and co-marketing initiatives.

- Create educational materials and structured learning journeys for clients and the market in collaboration with partners.

- Plan, organize, and execute online and offline events aimed at lead generation, trial activation, and brand strengthening.

- Analyze performance metrics, event ROI, and campaign results to identify insights and continuous improvement opportunities.

- Work in a generalist marketing capacity, identifying and activating growth opportunities across the full marketing ecosystem.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution consistency.

Requirements:

- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, event management, educational marketing, or strategic partnerships.

- Strong experience with Marketing 360 strategies and integrated campaign execution.

- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret acquisition data and drive performance improvements.

- Experience working with marketing metrics, reporting, tracking, market research, and competitive analysis.

- Familiarity with AI tools applied to marketing strategies and execution.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have:

- Experience in SaaS companies or subscription-based business models.

- Familiarity with online event platforms such as Zoom or StreamYard.

- Exposure to the dental market or healthcare-related industries.

- Intermediate or advanced English level.
