# Marketing Assistant

## Accountabilities:
- Manage and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms, including basic video editing and visual creation using Canva.

- Develop high-quality marketing materials such as blogs, newsletters, press releases, and promotional email campaigns.

- Conduct digital marketing audits to identify performance gaps and recommend optimization opportunities.

- Perform website updates and maintenance using platforms such as WordPress, Wix, and Shopify.

- Manage and optimize online business listings, including Google Business Profiles and Yelp directories.

- Improve on-page SEO elements such as metadata, alt text, site structure, and user experience.

- Support account management activities and collaborate on marketing initiatives and special projects.

- Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas for continuous improvement and audience engagement.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, website optimization, or digital marketing.

- Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with basic video editing tools.

- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, and Shopify.

- Strong understanding of social media scheduling tools and digital marketing workflows.

- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create professional content.

- Experience managing online directories such as Google Business Profiles and Yelp.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency.

- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency environment is considered a strong advantage.

- Experience working with US-based clients or international teams is a plus.
