We’re bootstrapped, profitable, and growing, and we’re entering a new market with an AI-native design tool. We need growth support to help launch it. The role You’re a generalist with a performance marketing focus. You’re comfortable doing customer research, shipping landing pages, and running lifecycle programs, but you really come alive when planning paid campaigns and creating the ads that drive them. What you’ll do - Talk to customers. Run Jobs-to-be-Done interviews to extract the language, triggers, and anxieties that drive purchase decisions, and feed them into positioning and creative. - Plan and ship ad campaigns. Own concept, design, copywriting, and shipping across Meta, Google, and other channels end-to-end. - Run growth experiments. Design and measure experiments across the funnel, trial activation, ad creative tests, onboarding tweaks. - Build internal tools. Use AI coding tools to create scripts, dashboards, and workflows that give the team leverage. - Use AI as a daily tool. Apply it to creative production, analysis, copywriting, automation, and research, while staying aware of its limits. Own the funnel. Manage paid acquisition, landing pages, onboarding, and developer experience from first impression to activation.
