What You Will Do Lead the implementation of Customer Marketing initiatives for the Tork brand, ensuring effective execution of commercial strategies. Ensure all initiatives are aligned with business growth and commercial objectives. Develop and implement growth programs for distributors and their sales teams. Support portfolio execution strategies, including product launches, product enhancement, and portfolio rationalization. Coordinate sales training programs, product launches, sales tools, and supporting materials for internal and external teams. Ensure flawless implementation of product launches, commercial programs, and brand activations, driving adoption among customers, distributors, and sales teams. Plan and execute events, trade shows, exhibitions, brand activations, and demand-generation activities. Manage marketing and activation projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate and manage vendors and agencies for the development and implementation of commercial and marketing initiatives. Manage and monitor budgets associated with projects, events, and activations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Regional Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, external agencies, and distributors. Build strong and collaborative relationships with distributors and key internal and external stakeholders. Track performance metrics and evaluate the commercial impact of implemented initiatives. Analyze commercial and marketing KPIs, generating insights and recommendations to drive growth. Prepare executive presentations, reports, and recommendations for different levels of the organization. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, Commercial Marketing, or Marketing Activation. Proven experience managing programs and initiatives for distribution channels and sales teams. Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously and working with a diverse range of stakeholders. Experience coordinating external agencies, vendors, and business partners. Experience managing budgets and monitoring project financial performance. Strong understanding of B2B commercial processes and distribution channels. Ability to develop sales materials, training programs, and sales enablement tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial and marketing metrics and generate growth-oriented insights and recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in multinational companies. Experience in B2B categories, institutional hygiene, professional consumption products, or related industries. Experience working directly with distributors and external sales forces. Knowledge of portfolio execution and product lifecycle management. Experience leading commercial activations, events, trade shows, and training programs. Understanding of distributor business models, commercial margins, and distribution channel dynamics.
