# Influencer Marketing Manager

## What you'll do:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with creators, from nano to macro, based on audience fit and performance potential.

- Manage budgets, contracts, and agency relationships, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within commercial terms.

- Partner with Creative and Legal to align briefs, messaging, and compliance requirements across all activations.

- Track and analyse campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and feed learnings back into the influencer strategy to continuously improve results.

## Who we're looking for:
- You are fluent in both English and German.

- You have completed a relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, communication, marketing, or a similar field.

- You bring at least three years of proven experience in influencer marketing.

- You have a deep understanding of German social media platforms and audience behaviors.

- You're driven and passionate about making an impact, with a data-driven, analytical mindset.

- You work independently, taking initiative and managing projects with a structured, self-reliant approach.

- You communicate with confidence and are committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
