# Digital Marketing Director

Location: The Villages, Florida

You will lead the digital evolution and shape the online experience for a highly respected, industry-leading community lifestyle brand. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic, high-visibility multi-channel strategy while working alongside a collaborative team. ## Responsibilities

- Partner with our leadership team to create and implement comprehensive, on-brand digital marketing plans.
- Guide web development and maintain smartly organized, user-centric websites that serve our growing audience.
- Manage and mentor digital marketing teams, fostering skill development through group and one-on-one training.
- Analyze performance data and user behavior to spot trends and inform dynamic, forward-thinking digital strategies.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to deliver exceptional online experiences with project managers and creative teams.

## Requirements

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with strong ownership of web and content experiences.
- Deep expertise with content management systems (like WordPress), web analytics, SEO, and paid media fundamentals.
- Proven success in leading teams, driving stakeholder consensus, and balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
- A thoughtful, observant approach to leadership with the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, on-site environment.

## Bonus Points

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business, and experience building web pages from scratch.

## Compensation

$150,000 - 160,000 per year

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
