Founding Growth Manager | Europe Remote

TechTree's client is hiring a **Founding Growth Manager** to own mobile user acquisition, creative strategy, and growth funnels for a fast-growing portfolio of **Health & Fitness apps**.

This is a high-ownership role for an experienced mobile growth operator who knows how to deploy serious budget, build a scalable creative testing engine, and turn performance data into sustainable growth.

- Estimated compensation: $100,000-$140,000 + equity
Level: Mid-Senior / Senior

What You'll Own

- Lead paid user acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google/UAC, Applovin, and emerging channels
- Own channel strategy and allocation of significant acquisition budgets
- Build and scale the creative testing pipeline across hooks, concepts, and formats
- Optimise web-to-app and in-app onboarding funnels
- Drive ASO, search ads, conversion optimisation, and A/B testing
- Develop retention, CRM, and engagement strategies to improve LTV
- Own CAC, ROAS, and LTV analysis and reporting
- Work directly with AppsFlyer, Amplitude, and advertising platforms
- Use creator and influencer partnerships as growth and distribution levers
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, creative, and partnerships teams
Help build the growth function as the company scales

What We're Looking For

- 6+ years of mobile user acquisition experience
- Experience at product companies where a mobile app is the core product
- Track record of independently managing $1M+ in monthly ad spend
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google/UAC, and web-to-app funnels
- Strong attribution, analytics, and performance-marketing skills
- Experience building structured creative testing programmes
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion, and retention
- Operator mindset with high autonomy and ownership
Experience in Health & Fitness, sports, wellness, or consumer subscriptions is a strong advantage
