# Marketing Director

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Director to build our marketing department from the ground up. You’ll report directly to the CEO, lead a growing team, and own the strategy and results behind our lead generation, email conversion, and website performance. If you’ve driven measurable growth before and want real ownership, this is your seat.

What You’ll Do

* *Build and lead the team *across social media, podcasting, CRM management, and affiliate partnerships
* *Drive lead generation *and own conversion rates across email and digital channels
* *Run email and lifecycle marketing *in HubSpot: nurture, onboarding, newsletters, and retention
* *Own the website: *strategy, SEO, landing pages, and conversion optimization
* *Steward the brand *including thought leadership, PR, and podcast and speaking opportunities
* *Own analytics and attribution *(HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta) and present insights to leadership
* *Manage agencies, freelancers, and vendors, *and build the processes and SOPs that let the team scale
* *Bring in AI tools *that boost team productivity without sacrificing brand quality or accuracy
* *Support Sales *with product marketing, launches, and enablement materials

What You Bring

* Proven results in past roles, with metrics you can point to (lead growth, conversion lift, revenue impact)
* Experience leading and mentoring a marketing team
* Strong command of HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform
* Experience with SEO, website optimization, and paid and organic social
* Excellent writing and editorial judgment
* Comfort translating technical or scientific topics into clear, trustworthy messaging
* A data-driven mindset and the ability to present to executives

*Nice to have: *podcast or affiliate program experience; background in health, wellness, home services, or science-based brands.

*Compensation* - Base salary (80K - 85K) + commission

*Working Hours*

This is a full-time position. General office hours are *9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday*.
