We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to help grow our brand presence, manage our digital marketing efforts, and support the expansion of our online sales channels. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys combining digital marketing, content creation, and e-commerce management in a fast-paced environment.

*Position Summary*

The Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media and email marketing, maintaining our online store, and helping drive online sales growth. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with strong communication and organizational skills. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of marketing and digital commerce projects in a growing business. Remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Marketing*

* Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
* Manage company social media accounts and create engaging content.
* Plan, write, and distribute email marketing campaigns.
* Coordinate promotional events, sales, and seasonal campaigns.
* Create marketing materials including flyers, advertisements, and digital graphics.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance and customer engagement.
* Maintain brand consistency across all communications.

*E-Commerce*

* Manage and update the company website and online store.
* Create and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
* Coordinate online promotions and merchandising strategies.
* Monitor website performance, traffic, and sales metrics.
* Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.
* Support inventory updates and ensure product information is accurate.
* Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and online conversions.

*Qualifications*

*Required*

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience managing social media platforms.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently.

*Preferred*

* Experience with e-commerce platforms.
* Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or graphic design tools.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO best practices.
* Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
* Photography and content creation experience.
