# CRM Analyst

## Accountabilities:
- Operate and manage CRM campaigns across multiple channels including Email, Push, SMS, and WhatsApp using the Insider platform and its key features.

- Build, edit, and maintain responsive HTML email templates, ensuring technical accuracy and compatibility across devices.

- Create and manage audience segments, contact lists, and automated workflows based on behavioral and CRM data.

- Configure and schedule multi-channel campaigns, including standalone sends and automated customer journeys.

- Maintain and optimize communication flows such as lifecycle journeys, inbound automations, and engagement triggers.

- Personalize communications using dynamic variables and data-driven logic within CRM tools.

- Monitor campaign performance and analyze KPIs such as delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, generating actionable insights for optimization.

- Support strategic CRM planning by identifying improvements in campaigns, journeys, and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements:

- Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Insider or similar marketing automation tools.

- Solid knowledge of HTML for email development and template customization.

- Experience with CRM campaign execution, including segmentation, automation flows, and lifecycle journeys.

- Strong ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights.

- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

- Experience with inbound marketing strategies and multi-channel CRM communications.

- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with cross-functional collaboration.

- Advanced English or strong technical proficiency is considered a plus.

- Knowledge of programming languages or CRM certifications are a differential advantage.
