Hiring Now: CRM Leader (LATAM Opportunity)

We are seeking an CRM Expert for a Miami-based agency with a diverse remote team of 70+ professionals dedicated to empowering Facility Management and Commercial Cleaning Businesses with digital marketing and lead generation solutions.

This position is responsible for:

- Guide a CRM Team
- Maintain accurate pipelines, contacts, and data within the CRM.
- Create and optimize workflows, triggers, and nurture sequences.
- Identify inefficiencies and improve processes through automation.
- Work with marketing, sales, and operations to implement solutions.

The mission is to move clients from satisfied to delighted with the services provided, thereby supporting the agency's overall growth and success.

Minimum requirements:
- Fluent English
- 2+ years of CRM Experience (Preferably Go High Level)
- Full-time availability
- Ability to build and manage automated workflows, triggers, and sequences (email/SMS).
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools
