# Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

We are looking for a founding CMO who can help build one of the most recognizable AI-native brands of the next decade.



This role is about creating belief before scale.



What You’ll Own



Define the brand and market positioning

Build the company narrative across product, hiring, media, and launch

Lead growth, content, brand, and community strategy

Design launch strategies that create attention and curiosity

Build relationships with creators, investors, media, and ecosystems

Shape how the world perceives Shin from day one



What We’re Looking For

Exceptional storytelling ability

Strong strategic thinking

Experience building or scaling brands

Deep understanding of modern internet distribution

Strong instinct for positioning and market psychology

Ability to operate both strategically and tactically



This Role Is NOT About

Corporate marketing decks

Vanity metrics

Generic SaaS growth tactics

Traditional “enterprise marketing”



We want someone who understands movements, not campaigns.
