# Marketing | Analista de Social Media Pleno - Marketing Digital

## Accountabilities:
- Design and optimize social media content strategies aligned with marketing funnel objectives, from awareness to conversion and retention.

- Create and guide content production (copies, videos, carousels), ensuring each piece has a clear hypothesis and performance goal.

- Monitor, analyze, and interpret performance metrics to generate actionable insights and improve campaign results.

- Structure and optimize social media funnels to drive lead generation and business growth.

- Identify trends, formats, and opportunities in social media, testing them to maximize engagement and conversion.

- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to align social media strategies with broader campaigns and brand initiatives.

- Work with creators and content producers, briefing and guiding outputs based on strategic objectives.

- Continuously test hypotheses and scale successful initiatives based on data-driven results.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in social media strategy focused on performance and business results.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion-driven content strategies.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights.

- Proactive profile with a strong bias for action and problem-solving based on metrics.

- Experience working with large digital brands, infoproduct companies, or high-scale marketing environments.

- Strong balance between creativity and analytical thinking, with curiosity for trends and experimentation.

- Nice to have: experience managing creators and influencers.

- Nice to have: experience optimizing content for engagement, retention, and conversion performance.
